Hamilton Civil + Asphalts is proud to be delivering the full civil construction package for the 247 Horsham Downs Road Subdivision — a large-scale residential development contributing to the continued growth of Hamilton’s northern corridor. This project is a key part of expanding much-needed housing in the fast-developing Rototuna area.
Our role involves delivering critical civil infrastructure to prepare the subdivision for future housing and community amenities — ensuring high-quality, future-proofed outcomes across all aspects of site development.
Scope of Works
Site preparation and platform formation for residential lots, road corridors, and green spaces, including topsoil stripping, cut/fill, and shaping to design levels.
Full installation of stormwater, wastewater, and water reticulation systems in accordance with council and engineering requirements.
Formation of new roading networks including subgrade improvement, basecourse placement, and asphalt surfacing across the subdivision.
Construction of footpaths, kerb and channel, driveways, and other structural elements as part of the subdivision layout.
Coordination with utility providers to integrate power, fibre, and telecommunications infrastructure efficiently within development timelines.
Final shaping and topsoiling of berms, planting of green spaces, and general landscaping works to meet design and compliance requirements.
Implementation of erosion and sediment controls, stormwater protection measures, and ongoing site monitoring to ensure full environmental compliance throughout the duration of the works.
