Hamilton Civil + Asphalts is proud to be delivering the full civil works package for Frontier Estate, a large-scale residential subdivision located in the heart of Te Awamutu. Spanning multiple stages of development, this project will provide high-quality housing infrastructure to support one of the region’s fastest-growing communities.
Our involvement in Stages 1–6 covers a wide range of critical civil works, reinforcing our reputation for delivering technically sound, on-time solutions across residential developments.
Scope of Works
Installation of stormwater, wastewater, and potable water systems, designed and constructed in accordance with local authority and engineering requirements.
Full pavement build-up for the subdivision’s internal roading network, including subgrade preparation, basecourse laying, and asphalt surfacing.
Construction of kerb and channel, footpaths, vehicle crossings, and structural concrete elements throughout the subdivision.
Coordination with utility providers for power, fibre, gas, and telecommunications to ensure seamless infrastructure integration and future-proofed services.
Delivery of streetscaping and green space enhancements, including topsoiling, planting, and shaping of berms and public areas.
Implementation of erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater protection, and dust mitigation — ensuring compliance with environmental management standards throughout construction.
