Scope of Works
Site recontouring and platform preparation to support new infrastructure and future development zones.
Installation of stormwater, wastewater, and potable water services in compliance with council and regional standards.
Formation of roading and apron surfaces, including subgrade preparation, basecourse placement, and surfacing works.
Construction of kerbing, footpaths, vehicle crossings, and structural slabs throughout the airpark precinct.
Coordination with service providers for power, fibre, and communications — ensuring timely integration with new infrastructure.
Soil placement, shaping, and soft landscaping in public and shared spaces to support the airpark’s visual and environmental outcomes.
Implementation of erosion and sediment control measures, dust suppression, and site management practices to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and protection of surrounding areas.
